Citizen Of The Year 2018

The Citizen of the year in 2018 goes jointly to Paula Heslop & Denise Morrow for their dedication and voluntary work over many years in connection with the scouting Movement in Thorpe Willoughby. We believe that Paula Heslop and Denise Morrow truly deserve to be named (jointly) “Citizen of the Year”. Congratulations to them both!
