Yoga is the ancient practice of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques designed to keep the body supple and the mind healthy. Widely recognized as improving circulation and the performance of the inner organs, glands and nerves, many kinds of ailments may be relieved by regular yoga practice. The yoga classes are taught by a BWYQ Diploma (Level 4) teacher and are available for beginners and intermediate students.
